At Noble Way, we are committed to providing high-quality coffee products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Eligible Returns
Returns or exchanges will be accepted if:
- The product is damaged during delivery.
- The product is defective, contaminated, or not fit for consumption.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product is expired or does not match the description on the packaging.
In these cases, customers may choose a replacement or a full refund in accordance with the applicable laws of the State of Qatar.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For food safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if:
- The coffee package has been opened or used, unless the product is defective.
- The product has been damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.
- The customer changes their mind after purchase.
3. Return Request
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order by providing:
- Order number or proof of purchase.
- Photos showing the issue (if applicable).
- A brief description of the problem.
4. Refunds
Once the returned product has been inspected and the claim is approved:
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
- If the original payment method is unavailable, an alternative method may be arranged.
- Refunds will be completed within 7 business days after approval.
