At Noble Way, we are committed to providing high-quality coffee products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligible Returns

Returns or exchanges will be accepted if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery.
  • The product is defective, contaminated, or not fit for consumption.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product is expired or does not match the description on the packaging.

In these cases, customers may choose a replacement or a full refund in accordance with the applicable laws of the State of Qatar.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For food safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The coffee package has been opened or used, unless the product is defective.
  • The product has been damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.
  • The customer changes their mind after purchase.

3. Return Request

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order by providing:

  • Order number or proof of purchase.
  • Photos showing the issue (if applicable).
  • A brief description of the problem.

4. Refunds

Once the returned product has been inspected and the claim is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
  • If the original payment method is unavailable, an alternative method may be arranged.
  • Refunds will be completed within 7 business days after approval.
